Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of voice AI projects for enterprise clients, embedding with teams to build production-ready systems and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop full-stack integrations using Python and JavaScript with CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools while acting as a go-to expert on LLM prompting strategies. Partner with sales to engage clients, gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs, then codify reusable patterns into platform components. Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations, scope projects, and resolve blockers with concise updates. Fluent in Spanish and Mandarin required for effective communication across Latin American markets. Open to occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Open to occasional travel, including international travel to support customer engagements when needed
- Have 2+ years in customer-facing technical role
- Excel at communicating and explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Have delivered production systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Write production-grade code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language
- Understand LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience
- Proactively manage risks, drive execution, and maintain momentum under pressure
