Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (APAC)

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, integrate, and operationalize Dynamo AI’s platform (DynamoEval, DynamoGuard, AgentWarden) into real-world production environments. You will collaborate with customer engineering teams to deploy and integrate Dynamo AI’s platform across complex enterprise ecosystems, building AI guardrails, evaluation systems, observability capabilities, and deployment architectures that meet enterprise requirements around reliability, security, compliance, and performance. The role involves bridging product, engineering, and customer needs, translating deployment challenges into actionable feedback, and partnering with customer success managers and forward deployed strategists to accelerate governance at scale. The position emphasizes practical deployment challenges in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and government, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, and operationalization of AI systems in production, governance workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer outcomes.
