Job Summary
Deliver scale-up of formulation processes from lab to full-scale manufacturing while ensuring process safety, health, and environmental compliance. Troubleshoot process issues for manufacturing and lead inter-site technology transfer or re-siting projects. Design pilot and full-scale trials, document key process considerations, and train operating teams. Apply formulation engineering knowledge to improve capacity, quality, and cost efficiency, serving as a resource for North American engineers. Support all safety and compliance requirements and drive a strong safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in formulation processing development
- 2+ years of experience in formulation manufacturing
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical discipline
- Working knowledge of formulation processing
- Working knowledge of scale-up activities
- Working knowledge of process risk assessment
- Working knowledge of product lifecycle management
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
