Job Summary
Senior Foreclosure Timeline Specialist manages the advanced default pipeline, collaborating with law firms and title companies to gather/document needed items, access multiple systems, and provide updates to clients, attorneys, and team members. Responsibilities include escalation and resolution of issues on foreclosure loans, managing work queues in accordance with investor guidelines, producing and analyzing data in Excel to support portfolio decisions, and identifying patterns/areas for improvement. Requires strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations (CFPB and related guidelines), experience with modifications/forbearance/short sales and related foreclosure strategies, and the ability to communicate complex loan details clearly while maintaining production and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Mortgage Servicing/Default experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of mortgage servicing regulations and investor guidelines
- Experience with loan retention/modifications/forbearance/short sales/deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure/bankruptcy
- Strong communication with clients, attorneys, and team members
- Ability to manage work queues and meet production/quality metrics
- Experience working with law firms and title companies
