Job Summary
Prepares foods requiring little or no cooking for patient and non-patient dining. Adheres to food safety and sanitation regulations, adheres to hospital standards, and provides high level of customer service to patients, family members, volunteers, physicians and staff. Tasks include preparing salads, sandwiches, cold desserts, appetizers and garnishes; portions and stocks items according to recipes and standards; maintains sanitation of ware-washing areas, service-ware and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- National Food Handler Card
- Experience in working in a team environment with common goals.
