Job Summary
Develop and implement innovative food product formulations that enhance customer experiences and align with Feastables' brand values. Lead product commercialization from idea to market by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver seamless integration into product launches. Develop and implement product specifications, standards, and guidelines in conjunction with FSQA partners while leading rapid internal prototype development and sample production. Manage product trials and first productions at co-manufacturers, capturing all formulations and process flows while independently managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality materials. Process-oriented problem solving to mitigate risks across co-man networks and variable equipment lines. Requires 6+ years of experience in food science, preferably in confectionery CPG, with a strong focus on commercialization. Annual base salary between $105,000-$130,000. Approximately 25% travel required.
