Job Summary
Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies while managing and inspiring a talented team of culinary and service professionals. Personally maximize quality levels of product, service, and guest satisfaction across two dining venues, including The Garden Room and the Tap Room. Maintain and champion the Auberge Collection culture as a member of the Executive Team, ensuring accountability for all F&B departments. Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills with all stakeholders and manage both short and long-term financial objectives. Requires three or more years of F&B operations experience, proven ability to drive profitability, and strong aptitude in financial management. Required Qualifications
- Three or more years experience in food and beverage operations
- Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams
- Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail

- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
