Job Summary
Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager supervises daily F&B shift operations, ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures, and maintains operating budgets. Responsible for staffing levels, guest service, quality control, and achieving financial objectives; coordinates cleaning and facilities practices; provides guidance and coaching to subordinates; leads HR activities including performance evaluations and employee development; fosters a collaborative, service-focused team environment and ensures timely response to guest concerns.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 5 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
