Job Summary
Supervise daily Food and Beverage shift operations, manage staffing levels, and ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and legal obligations. Order supplies, coordinate cleaning programs, and operate department equipment while maintaining the operating budget. Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, conduct performance appraisals, and interview and hire management and hourly employees. Monitor guest satisfaction by reviewing comment cards, addressing concerns proactively, and coaching staff on brand-specific service culture. Analyze operational data to solve problems and prioritize work to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
