Job Summary
Develop new features and evolve the mobile application on Flutter for iOS and Android using modern, legacy-free approaches. Own end-to-end decisions from technical architecture and ideation through release and product impact assessment. Collaborate closely with product managers and designers in weekly iterations to plan scope and jointly test releases. Propose and implement your own technical solutions within an AI-first development environment to validate hypotheses quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of mobile development experience (Flutter, iOS, or Android)
- At least the last year of experience directly with Flutter
- Experience independently solving complex technical problems
- Ownership mindset: habit of proactively communicating, asking questions, and taking responsibility for results
