Job Summary
Senior Floor Manager in a JD Sports flagship store responsible for leading shop floor operations, delivering premium customer experience, and driving commercial performance through merchandising, stock management, and team development. You will own floor performance, motivate and coach colleagues, and collaborate with store leadership to push sales targets while maintaining brand excellence. Key duties include opening/closing routines, cash processes, audit compliance, stock accuracy, cost control, and recruiting/training/mentoring a high-performing team. Requires supervisory/management experience in fast-paced retail, strong leadership and communication, customer-resolution capabilities, solid commercial awareness, attention to detail, and commitment to upholding premium standards in a flagship environment.
Required Qualifications
