Job Summary
Manage the full vehicle lifecycle for Cognex's European fleet of ~200 vehicles, including orders, renewals, returns, inspections, and damage handling. Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and suppliers, validating invoices against contracted rates and ensuring proper coding to cost centres and GL accounts. Maintain accurate fleet records, reconcile cost data, and drive savings initiatives while upholding the European Fleet Policy. Own the review and approval of all supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with financial systems and agreed service levels.

- Experience managing suppliers and contracts
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with ownership and accountability
