Senior Fleet Operations Manager - Vehicle Inlife Specialist (m/w/d)

Define, implement, and scale all in-life processes for the entire fleet, including maintenance, inspections, and warranty management. Act as the primary interface with insurers, damage handlers, workshops, tire partners, and OEMs to coordinate service scheduling, repairs, and claim resolutions. Manage the on-call support for breakdown assistance, tire damage, and replacement vehicles while monitoring SLAs and optimizing operational documentation. This founding role requires building the operational setup from scratch to revolutionize the German market for sustainable mobility. You will shape the future leadership structures and carry full responsibility for steering the fleet lifecycle.
