Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager

Manage the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment across 2–4 locations and 50–99 assets, driving market profitability through cost control, safety standards, and asset utilization. Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met while ensuring maintenance shops remain adequately staffed and properly trained. Oversee personnel needs including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees, and contribute to budget processes and financial reviews. Comply with WM's Mission to Zero standards and submit required reports timely. Ensure safe, reliable vehicles are available for operations through regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
