Job Summary
Complete invoice generation, validation, and correction within SAP to ensure accurate billing cycles and compliance with BP financial standards. Investigate invoice disputes, implement financial adjustments via credit notes and rebilling, and manage billing blocks and release activities. Resolve customer billing queries in coordination with Customer Care and Sales Support teams while maintaining accurate documentation for all corrections.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Business degree /certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a business support environment
- Fluency in English and German
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word)
- Intermediate level interest in CRM systems/applications
- Strong time management and organisation skills
