Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions using the GYMGUYZ App to design personalized programs and conduct reassessments. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your schedule efficiently while representing core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence. Represent the brand at company-sponsored events and maintain social media savvy. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, reliable transportation, and comfort with mobile apps. Competitive pay of $32–$50/hr plus performance bonuses, flexible schedule, and growth into leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
