Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and represent core values in every session. Represent GYMGUYZ's core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session. This role offers a competitive salary of $32–$50/hr plus performance bonuses, a flexible schedule ranging from part-time to full-time, and a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership positions. You will work with a nationwide network of fitness pros, attend company-sponsored events, and utilize mobile apps to manage sessions and client notes.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
