Job Summary
Oversee and ensure all fit-out and architectural works on site comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. Conduct inspections for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and decorative works during execution and handover stages. Verify delivered materials against approved submittals, mock-ups, and requirements while reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and Inspection Test Plans. Identify non-conformance reports, coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors, and maintain accurate QA/QC records. Support final snagging, testing, and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering with 7–10 years of experience in high-end hospitality, commercial, retail, and residential fit-outs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fit-out and architectural projects (mandatory)
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality, commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects
- Strong experience in managing and supervising site execution of architectural and fit-out works
- Excellent knowledge of fit-out materials, interior finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall cladding, and decorative works
- Strong understanding of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project specifications
- Experience in QA/QC inspections, snagging, handover, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors
- Ability to coordinate effectively with MEP, procurement, design, and project management teams
- Good knowledge of international standards, fit-out practices, and health & safety regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools
- Strong communication, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
