Job Summary
Senior Financial Systems Integration Analyst responsible for supporting ERP integrations during M&A activities, performing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation across source and target systems; analyzing large datasets to identify discrepancies; writing and maintaining SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; building advanced Excel models to support reconciliation and reporting; providing cross-functional integration support with IT, accounting, and M&A teams; documenting data structures and validation processes for scalable future acquisitions; and supporting ongoing data quality initiatives across ERP systems; travel to BKF locations and client sites may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ERP systems, accounting systems, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data integrity principles, particularly within accounting or ERP environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
