Job Summary
Drive new client acquisition for BELAY's Financial Solutions division by generating, developing, and closing opportunities across accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory solutions. Conduct consultative discovery to identify small and mid-sized business needs, then manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build a qualified pipeline while achieving established targets, and develop referral relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, and strategic partners. Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to executive-level decision-makers, utilizing Salesforce and Gong Engage to manage pipeline activity and forecast revenue. Travel regularly within the assigned territory for client meetings, networking, and partner development.
Required Qualifications
- Regular local or regional travel within the assigned territory
- Occasional travel for BELAY's annual company Summit and other business meetings
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience within financial services, accounting services, financial technology, ERP, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO advisory, or a related industry
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals
- Experience generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound business development activities
- Experience selling consultative, relationship-based solutions involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial management concepts
- Experience developing referral partnerships that support recurring revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, marketing, business, or a related field

- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Financial services, accounting, or related professional certification
