Job Summary
Senior Financial Solutions Advisor at BELAY responsible for driving new client acquisition for BELAY’s Financial Solutions division. Generate and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, develop referral partnerships with CPAs, financial advisors, and business consultants, and collaborate with Marketing to support lead conversion and market growth. Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support client meetings and partner development, delivering virtual and in-person presentations to executive-level decision-makers. Maintain knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations to position BELAY’s services, and utilize Salesforce, Gong Engage, or similar platforms to manage pipeline activity and forecast revenue. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills, and operates in a remote environment as a full-time exempt W-2 employee.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in financial services, accounting services, financial technology, ERP, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO advisory, or related industries
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals
- Experience generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound business development activities
- Experience selling consultative, relationship-based solutions involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial management concepts
- Experience developing referral partnerships that support recurring revenue growth
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
