Job Summary
Identify, profile, and meet with clients to analyze financial goals while serving as their primary point of contact within the Financial Center. Engage customers in the lobby to deliver the store value proposition and triage client leads for referral to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Execute referrals across banking and brokerage lines to provide an enterprise product view, demonstrating proficiency with financial center systems to offer enterprise-wide solutions aligned with client life priorities. Manage goals, navigate complexity, and incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies. Maintain a minimum of $50 million in AUM and 250 households while participating in ongoing training with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Complex.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- Completion of the FSA development program for Senior FSA and meeting the minimum criteria
- Must maintain a minimum of $50 mil in AUM on their current book
- Must maintain a minimum of 250 Households
- Minimum of 2 years in role as a Financial Solutions Advisor
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Minimum of two years of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- One year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must submit to the required SAFE Act background check
