Senior Financial Services Representative responsible for hospital patient billing and collections. Duties include registering and updating patient data, verifying insurance coverage for surgeries and ongoing treatments, arranging alternative payment methods when insurance is insufficient, collecting point-of-service payments, preparing billing batches, reconciling daily balances, following up on accounts, handling payment transmittals and on-site inquiries, and documenting insurance verification and financial counseling in IDX. Requires data entry, knowledge of CPP criteria, and experience in healthcare billing.
