Job Summary
Senior-BA role focused on Payments domain within KPMG India. Responsible for detailed mapping of payments message types (pain.001, pacs.008, pacs.009, pain.002, MT103, MT202, MT202Cov), understanding Clearing and Settlement methods, and working with payment engines (GPS) and international schemes like SEPA. Requires Agile delivery experience, 2-3 large-bank digital project deliveries, strong requirements management, user-story writing, gap analysis, and business acumen, plus ability to collaborate with senior cross-geography stakeholders. Preferred experience in transformation initiatives and a pan-India scope.
Required Qualifications
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in Payments space as a BA
- Experience on detailed mapping of message types such as pain.001, pacs.008, pacs.009, pain.002, MT103, MT202, MT202Cov
- Experience with Payment Engine such as GPS and international schemes like SEPA
- Understanding of Clearing and Settlement methods
- Strong alignment with Agile
- Experience in 2-3 Digital project deliveries in large banks
- Core BA skills: Requirement gathering/management/prioritization, writing User Stories, Gap analysis, strong business acumen
- Experience with senior and cross-geography stakeholders
- Strong communication and articulation skills
- Experience in Transformation projects preferred
- Pan-India role
