Job Summary
Senior Financial Sales Representative manages a portfolio of bank customers, maintains existing relationships, and identifies opportunities to increase profitability by cross-selling retail financial products (deposits, loans, investments, and insurance). The role requires extensive customer interaction, strong listening and probing skills, and the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities. The Senior Financial Sales Representative Flex maintains a flexible schedule and travels to multiple branches as scheduled, leveraging walk-in branch traffic and external opportunities, while coaching and training new FSRs/MSRs and completing required certifications for financial products. Regulatory compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, CRA, and internal policies is emphasized, along with ongoing product knowledge and sales training, documentation, and reporting obligations.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years financial sales or comparable experience
- Licensed with proven sales record for annuities and insurance
