Job Summary
Manage client relationships for a book of 120,000+ mass affluent investors through virtual and phone service, handling incoming calls, transaction directing, and proactive outreach. Maintain operational compliance and mitigate risk via regular book analysis and security checks while delivering holistic financial planning solutions covering education, tax, estate, insurance, and investment allocation. Collect and analyze client data to design appropriate investment vehicles, meet asset growth and wallet share consolidation goals, and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to enhance client experiences. Requires Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and 2+ years of direct client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66
- 2+ years of direct client experience within the financial services industry
- Excellent telephone service/relationship management skills
- Prior financial tele-sales, trading or call center service experience
- Previous experience as financial advisor or delivering advice and guidance to retail clients
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment markets, and account types
- Excellent communication skills
