Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Senior Financial Reporting Manager responsible for end-to-end production of the Group’s Annual Report and Accounts (ARA) and Half-Year Results, including consolidation across international entities, IFRS technical accounting, drafting notes and disclosures, project management of ARA delivery, and line management of staff. Role involves coordinating with Finance, Company Secretarial, Investor Relations, corporate broker, financial PR, external advisers, and auditors; delivering audit-ready financial statements to fixed deadlines; maintaining accounting policies and supporting IFRS-based group reporting across multi-entity, multi-currency structures; strong communication with internal and external stakeholders; and leadership of a qualified-by-experience or part-qualified team.
