Job Summary
Senior Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for preparing regulatory and SEC filings, including call reports and FR Y-9 series, plus XBRL tagging, GAAP/SEC disclosures, and SEC software (Workiva). Duties include monthly/quarterly capital ratio reporting, stock-based compensation accounting, drafting sections for 10-Q/10-K/8-K/11-K, audit support, and ESG reporting development; interact with auditors and business leaders, perform ad-hoc analyses, and ensure timely, accurate filings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 4+ years public accounting and/or financial reporting experience
- CPA license or MBA preferred
- Experience with banking risk-based capital preparation is a plus
- Experience with Workiva and PeopleSoft GL is preferred
