Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports for leadership and external audited statements for lenders and regulators. Analyze budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variances to provide commentary on performance trends and support strategic decision-making. Support the annual budgeting process, including template preparation, consolidation, and scenario analysis, while identifying improvements to reporting workflows and internal controls. Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to evaluate metrics, develop presentation materials for senior committees, and implement system enhancements for greater efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of GAAP Financial Reporting and experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience with financial reporting tools and business intelligence platforms, inclusive of advanced excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid opportunity in Phoenix
