Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for completing and interpreting complex financial analyses including financial ratios, trend analyses, revenue performance and expense management; coordinate with other departments to prepare analyses, bring inconsistencies to management, and provide project financial analyses for initiatives with potential reporting impact. Collaborates across Finance to ensure integrity of financials and sound controls, supports reporting for stakeholders (lines of business management, Investor Relations, regulatory agencies), compiles and reviews timely reports (income/expense, balance sheet analyses), performs variance explanations, summarizes results for management, maintains data integrity and documentation, updates retrieval/automation of financial information using data analytic tools and AI, and maintains GAAP knowledge. Builds cross-functional relationships and assists in risk management and governance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training
- Four years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis
- Ability to take direction and then work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and GAAP
