Job Summary
Senior Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for preparing regulatory and SEC filings, including FR Y-9 series, XBRL tagging, and Workiva management. Exercises GAAP/SEC disclosure expertise, prepares capital-ratio reporting, stock-based compensation entries, and supports quarterly/annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, 11-K). Engages in audit/support activities with external/internal auditors, develops ESG disclosures, and communicates findings to business leaders. Requires strong analytical skills, detail-oriented execution, and ability to work independently to ensure timely, accurate filings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- at least 4 years public accounting and/or financial reporting experience
