Job Summary
Develop revenue pricing models and cost proposals for new business opportunities and client renewals while identifying key cost drivers, margin targets, and financial risks. Build and maintain complex financial models projecting revenue, expenses, margins, and contract performance, including scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate program viability. Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned departments, develop budgeting tools, and prepare financial information for executive and board-level reporting. Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, investigate key drivers behind variances, and provide actionable insights to departmental leaders. Serve as a peer reviewer for pricing models and financial proposals to ensure methodological integrity and strengthen organizational standards. This highly independent FP&A role supports organizational growth and long-term sustainability within Comagine Health's mission to deliver sustainable pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with pricing and cost proposal development
- Experience with financial modeling
- Experience with cost accounting
- Experience with variance analysis
- Experience with market analysis
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with business and organizational leaders
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, reliability, and sound financial judgment

Desired Qualifications
- MBA
