Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across Hillwood Investment Properties’ real estate platform. Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses, support annual budgeting and cash planning, and prepare executive-level reporting. Own incentive compensation analysis (STIP/LTIP), analyze market compensation, and collaborate with HR and leadership on compensation decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, drive strategic initiatives, and inform capital allocation. Engage in special projects related to associate investment programs and deal-level economics. Strong financial modeling, data synthesis for leadership, and cross-functional communication are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, or related analytical finance role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting, visualization, or planning tools preferred.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QuickBase, OneStream) beneficial.
- Real estate investment, development, asset management, REIT, or private equity real estate experience strongly preferred.
