Senior Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A)

Job Summary
Lead the CTO and Tech organization leadership on financial planning, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making by building flexible headcount capacity models and forecasting Cloud/GCP spend. Synthesize financial data from Oracle, Workday, and Atlassian to drive reporting automation and process improvements using AI tools and Power BI. Independently identify operational efficiencies and present high-integrity board-level recommendations to optimize technical roadmap investments. Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Security teams to model infrastructure expenses and evaluate trade-offs for executive strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of technology organization expense structures, including headcount planning and cloud infrastructure drivers
- Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
- Advanced modeling skills in Google Sheets/Excel
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI) and emerging AI tools (eg, Gemini, Claude) for workflow automation
- Ability to adapt and reprioritize effectively and remain agile in response to evolving business strategies
- Focuses on framing options, highlighting trade-offs, and proposing actionable recommendations
- Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, clear communication, and confidence when engaging with senior executive leadership
