Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst in Hyderabad (on-site) responsible for budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting for assigned departments; analyzes forecast variances, builds automated variance models for contractor headcount and project costs, reports KPI performance for Technology teams, prepares QBR materials, and conducts ad hoc financial analyses. Must navigate Fieldglass, ServiceNow, Tableau, and Anaplan; communicate insights effectively; demonstrate high accuracy, organization, and team collaboration; travel minimal. Education in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years of FP&A experience; CPA/CMA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- Typically 4+ years in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in a Public Company preferred
- Licenses and Certifications: CPA preferred, CMA preferred
