Job Summary
Senior Financial Planning & Analytics Associate responsible for producing, maintaining, and distributing recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports across casino resort departments (gaming, hotel, food & beverage, retail, etc.); ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data used in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting; prepare variance analyses, trend analyses, and executive summaries; collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations to reconcile data and improve reporting reliability; document methodologies and processes; identify reporting inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement; support department heads with analysis and data requests; present findings to senior leadership; manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; maintain knowledge of internal reporting standards and tools; safeguard confidentiality of sensitive information; maintain high standard of guest service and professionalism; required skills include effective communication, Power BI, SQL, MS Office 365, and experience with payroll/workforce management software; five years of casino experience; Bachelor degree required, Master preferred.
