Job Summary
Forecast, budget, and track operational metrics while analyzing financial data to build decision-support models. Report performance for leadership reviews, conduct variance analysis, and identify trends to recommend process improvements and optimizations. Analyze market opportunities and risks, then study proposed changes to drive standard and ad-hoc reporting tools. This role supports Sensata Technologies, a global industrial technology company creating safer, cleaner, and more efficient solutions for automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
