Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to provide actionable information to business leaders, leading the preparation of annual budgets and interim financial projections. Deliver monthly financial and operations reporting with comparisons to budget and prior year, analyzing key variances and KPIs for management. Translate data into actionable insights through cross-functional sales, operations, and financial reporting while preparing executive and board-level presentations. Support quarter-end SEC filings and earnings call preparation, acting as the primary financial liaison for department heads.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Expertise in creating financial models
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Aptitude to prioritize tasks to meet commitments and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years similar experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Manufacturing and or service industry experience
- Public company experience
