Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Build annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans by gathering stakeholder inputs, validating assumptions, and consolidating data into structured models. Own the bridge between demand and financial plans by converting consensus demand into dollarized revenue forecasts and quantifying the impact of supply constraints. Develop SG&A expense projections and COGS methodologies, then consolidate product, channel, and plant margins to surface profitability drivers and risks. Lead monthly financial reporting packages and executive memos, conduct variance analysis using waterfall bridges, and forecast inventory and working capital to fund growth. Develop capital budgeting models for investment evaluation and create management dashboards from ERP and BI sources. Identify process improvements to streamline reporting and support the ERP transition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 4 to 10 years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and periodic business reviews
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of autonomy
- Ability to work effectively with a manager and stakeholders in different locations and time zones
- Collaborative team player
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
