Job Summary
Senior FP&A Specialist at Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. responsible for reviewing, monitoring, actualizing, analyzing and justifying vehicle profit from price planning to full P&L, ensuring profitability of new and existing vehicles, and supporting profitability management through P&L analysis, business planning and forecasting. Role includes pricing analysis, model-year transitions, cost and logistics cost analysis, building/maintaining profitability tracking tools, annual business planning, 3-month rolling forecasts, month-end close, and presenting findings to top management. This is a 20-month contract to cover maternity leave and includes collaboration with product planning and management reporting responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance
- 7+ years of relevant FP&A experience
- CPA designation or working towards CPA designation would be a strong asset
- Experience in the automotive industry would be a strong asset
- Experience in P&L analysis
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel & database skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organization skills with ability to work under pressure
- Fluently bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)
- Excellent time management with ability to adapt to changing priorities
