Join Magnolia Bakery as a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the CPG and Wholesale teams, driving profitable growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, or a related field
- 3 + years FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Knowledge of USGAAP
- Experience in CPG
- Experience working with and managing UNFI chargebacks and other chargebacks
- Experience working with retailer trade spend accruals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with NetSuite
- Experience implementing and using an FP&A tool
- Experience implementing and using a chargebacks management tool
- Experience working in a fast-growing company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners
- Organized with good time management skills
