Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst for Carrier Residential Solutions HVAC Finance in Indianapolis. Leads financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment analysis for Residential Product-Line Sales and Margin and Residential SG&A with full P&L responsibility. Develops budgets/forecasts, analyzes inventory and margins, consolidates reports, supports month-end processes, and delivers insights for finished goods, excess/obsolete inventory, and SG&A cost centers. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, OPS, and SIOP teams; builds complex financial models, communicates results to stakeholders, and drives process improvements. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong financial modeling skills and budgeting/forecasting experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to develop and apply complex financial models involving large data sets
- Self-directed and highly organized with attention to detail and deadline-driven work
