Job Summary

Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive, goals-based financial plans covering cash flow, retirement, tax, estate, insurance, education, and philanthropic planning for firm clients. Serve as the primary financial planning expert for complex relationships, translating technical strategies into actionable recommendations and conducting ongoing reviews to adjust for life events and market conditions. Partner with Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to design integrated solutions, while mentoring junior team members and reviewing their plans for accuracy. Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and fiduciary standards by maintaining accurate client documentation within planning and CRM systems.

  • ability to provide advanced tax-efficient planning strategies in coordination with tax professionals
  • ability to stay current on regulatory changes, financial planning best practices, and industry trends
  • ability to mentor and provide guidance to Advisors, Financial Planners, and Financial Planning Associates
  • ability to review financial plans prepared by junior team members for accuracy and quality
  • ability to contribute to the development of planning standards, processes, and tools
  • ability to ensure all financial plans and recommendations meet regulatory, compliance, and fiduciary standards
  • ability to maintain accurate and thorough client documentation within planning and CRM systems
