Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning processes while developing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis and KPIs. Create complex financial models to evaluate service line expansion, capital investments, mergers, and cost-containment strategies, then drive benchmarking efforts to improve profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with department leaders and physicians to provide financial insights that influence business decisions, monitor clinic performance for trends and risks, and implement process improvements to streamline finance operations. Mentor a high-performing finance/accounting team and support executive leadership with strategic analysis and special projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 7 years of experience, including 5 in healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of financial management experience, including 5 years in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
