Job Summary
Monitor and report on financial management activities including budget planning, formulation, execution, and funding allocation control. Analyze data for program compliance and performance operations while providing guidance on financial issues and future program funding needs. Assist in developing annual and multi-year budgets, requirements documents, and cost estimates to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure accuracy of project documentation for financial reporting and support audits, reviews, and assessments. Requires a Top Secret clearance, 10+ years in federal financial management, and proficiency in ORACLE, TOPS, CLM, and MS Office. Salary $120K-$180K/year.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Active Top Secret clearance
- 10 years of experience in federal financial management, budgeting, and appropriations
- Familiarity with ORACLE, TOPS, and CLM
