Job Summary
Create systematic solutions for department projects using OneStream by analyzing user requirements and designing, testing, and implementing tools to support corporate strategy. Develop new tools and reports for Finance management within OneStream to address specific business needs, including report building, dashboard creation, and data analysis to ensure accuracy. Manage quarterly system upgrades and evaluate software releases for new enhancements while providing ongoing support to users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems or Business administration
- 5 years of experience in financial systems analysis, preferably in a health plan or financial services industry
- Must be able to work onsite 3 designated in‐office days each week (Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Financial systems
- Experience with OneStream
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Strong working knowledge of OneStream, DB2, SQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Basic, SAS and familiarity with mainframe-based accounting systems
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Access
- Ability to interpret and articulate standard business and financial concepts
