Senior Financial Controller

Hands-on Controller to lead all accounting and financial management functions focused on financial reporting, close processes, cash management, and job-cost accounting, while partnering with operations to drive financial performance. Key duties include full-cycle accounting, month-end close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, maintaining QuickBooks Desktop as the system of record, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization, accounts receivable/payable management, and detailed project-based costing (WIP) with insights on labor productivity and material usage. Responsible for internal controls, policy development, and ongoing process improvements; provides budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning support to leadership and potential growth initiatives. Requires strong Excel skills and expertise in QuickBooks Desktop; CPA or CMA strongly preferred (MBA a plus). Senior-level leadership and cross-functional collaboration with operations, project management, and procurement are essential.
