Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst to support Corporate FP&A at WEX. Partners with HR, Finance, and Legal to drive financial planning, performance management, and operational reporting across a complex portfolio. Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning; provide visibility into cost drivers (headcount, vendor spend, cloud costs, software, infrastructure); manage monthly reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder support; contribute to forecasting tools and planning systems (e.g., Anaplan). Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance; analyze actuals vs. plan, identify variance drivers, and recommend actionable solutions. Support strategic initiatives including digital transformation, modernization, automation, and AI-related investments. Champion continuous improvement in internal controls, data accuracy, and financial governance; drive process improvements through automation and analytics. Serve as a trusted finance partner to G&A leaders; translate financial analysis into insights for Director-level and senior leadership discussions. This position is hybrid with bases in Portland, ME or Boston, MA.
