Job Summary
Support the Financial Planning & Analysis function by providing financial guidance and decision support to executive leadership and key business partners. Drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting processes while developing scalable models for profitability analyses and scenario planning. Evaluate growth opportunities and operational initiatives to support strategic priorities, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and process efficiency. Contribute to workforce planning, labor analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related discipline
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis experience
- Experience supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis and business case development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- 100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools, or similar analytical platforms
- Experience working with large datasets and partnering with analytics or business intelligence teams
- Healthcare, PBM, insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience
- Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives and operational planning efforts
