Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive business performance. Partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, identify trends and risks, support budgeting and reforecasting, evaluate ROI and capital investments, and automate reporting and dashboards for executive decision support. Requires advanced modeling, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and financial reporting systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required

- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred but not required
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and financial reporting systems
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Baseline knowledge of AI and its application to analysis and process improvement
- Experience supporting multi-location or growth-oriented organizations preferred
